Richard Smith
Prior to co-founding BOSS with Alastair, Richard had been managing a stressed business with over 500 employees and £40m of debt. He has a wealth of commercial experience gained from operating in high quality manufacturing and engineering businesses. He holds the MCIPS qualification.
Alan Latham
An experienced and highly skilled finance director and chartered engineer who has operated at Board Level across a broad range of industries in a number of countries. Alan’s successes have been achieved in companies with sales of £5m to £500m. Previously a management consultancy partner with Price Waterhouse, Alan is Managing Partner at BOSS.
James Hayward
A specialist turnaround and restructuring finance director with over 17 years operational and strategic experience. James has operated in a variety of sectors from healthcare to technology. Achievements include the turnaround of Brands Hatch Circuits Ltd and Silverstone Motorsports Ltd. Member of the Institute for Turnaround.
